The Heart Of The Kwazulu Natal South Coast

To the Mid South Coast - Kwa-zulu Natal - South Africa - and you'll find the Umdoni Region consisting of Scottburgh, Park Rynie, Kelso, Pennington, Bazley, Ifafa Beach, Elysium, Mtwalume, Umkomaas and the historic town of Umzinto. Holiday Accommodation and Activities abound with the shore line always in reach. Golf Courses, Beaches and Interesting stores, everything needed for a truly memorable holiday.

Scottburgh
Situated 58 kilometers South of the cosmopolitan city of Durban. The quaint village of Scottburgh is nestled alongside kilometers of shoreline washed by the warm waters of the Indian Ocean. Golden beaches, indigenous forests and rolling hills making Scottburgh one of the prime holiday destinations in South Africa.

Pennington
Next stop on the coast is Pennington, which includes the pleasant seaside villages of Kelso, Sezela & Bazley Beach. This area offers something a little different - quiet beaches and beautiful bays with safe tidal pools & excellent fishing opportunities. Pennington is truly a gem in South Africa's Crown.

Umkomaas / Clanthal & Widenham

25 min's south of Durban, South Africa lies the historic towns of Umkomaas, Widenham and Clanthal. The infamous Aliwal Shoal, a world renowned scuba diving site, lies buried 5km out at sea. Dive Charters, Fisherman and the incredible Mkomazi River Mouth dominate these country towns.

Umzinto

An historical trading post overlooking the rolling hills above Scottburgh, Park Rynie and Pennington. A place where the time has stood immemorial and trading never ceased. Only 10 min's drive out of uMzinto is the Vernon Crooks Nature Reserve, a wonderful outing in the Kwa-zulu Natal bush.
